I am doing the Cycle Scotland Challenge on 13 September 2009.  This involves me cycling from Glasgow to Edinburgh approximately 56 miles.  I thought this year that I would take the opportunity to fund raise and have chosen Help the Heroes as my chosen charity because being ex RAF it is a charity that I can relate very closely too and believe it is doing a superb job for service men and women who have been injured.
