CHRISTOPHER HILL joined Foster Wells in 1987 and became a Partner shortly thereafter. Christopher is now our senior partner and our military law specialist. Christopher receives recommendations to deal with all aspects of military law and regularly attends Courts Martial and military interview in UK, Germany, Canada, Cyprus and elsewhere. He has been involved in many high profile cases including the Sandhurst enquiry, the Ghurka murder and friendly fire incidents in Iraq. He is the first civilian lawyer to travel to Basra to assist military clients. He has Higher Rights of Audience in Criminal matters and sits as chairman of social security tribunals.
