1. All subscribers to forcesdiscount.com will offer a genuine discount(s) on their product(s) and/or service(s), and/or will offer a product(s) and/or service(s) specifically for HM Forces (both full time, part-time and veterans) including MoD and attached civilians.
2. The wording (text) that is submitted by a subscriber for inclusion in the forcesdiscount.com web site is to be proof read and ready for inclusion in the relevant page.
3. The wording (text) that is submitted by a subscriber for inclusion in the forcesdiscount.com web site is not to contain any material that may cause offence.
4. The wording (text) that is submitted by a subscriber for inclusion in the forcesdiscount.com web site is not to contravene the laws of copyright.
5. The final decision on any wording (text) that is submitted by a subscriber for inclusion in the forcesdiscount.com web site will be at the discretion of the Editor.

2. Liability

1. MPM Associates (forcesdiscount.com) will not be liable for the type and or quantity of leads generated by a subscriber's page.
2. MPM Associates (forcesdiscount.com) will not be liable for the wording (text) that is submitted by a subscriber for inclusion in the forcesdiscount.com web site.

3. Copy ForcesDiscount.com
Copy is to be supplied by email to dp@mpmassociates.co.uk:

• The text content and contact information in word.doc format; or as a jpeg to a maximum format of 650 pixels x 528 pixels wide @ 72 dpi 
• Banner in either .jpeg, .gif or .swf format (maximum 243 pixels width x 60 pixels height)
• Button in either .jpeg, .gif or .swf format (maximum 120 pixels width x 60 pixels height). Note: When .swf files are submitted the flash construction file for the banner must be supplied, with all text converted to paths (no fonts)
• URL link for your website

4. Copy ForcesDiscount.com / local
Copy is to be supplied online:

1. Heading/Title maximum 20 words and short description that may contain a maximum of 50 words describing the service/ discount you offer
2. The contact information, address, telephone number and website URL
3. Logo/Image maximum width150 x height 100 pixels in size in .gif or .jpg format, and less than 30k in size.

5. Payment Terms

1. Online by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card
2. Invoiced Payment Terms are strictly 14 days from date of the invoice. Payment by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque made payable to MPM Associates.
3. Bounced cheques will incur an invoice of £50 for each time the cheque bounces.
4. We reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England reference rate in force on the date the debt becomes overdue and at any subsequent rate where the reference rate changes and the debt remains unpaid in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
5. Non payment will result in legal action incurring interest and legal fees.

6. Refund Policy
Payments for agreed advertising are non refundable.
7. Your Financial Details
We do not hold or store any of your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) for longer than it takes to complete a transaction. All records are then deleted and/or shredded. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
